Enquiries: if you contact us, we use the details you give us (project type, project location, enquiry, name, phone number, email and how you found us) to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your phone number and email are needed so we can reply; everything else is optional. We store the enquiry with a reference number, receive it by email and send you a copy; these emails are sent through Resend, which acts as a processor on our behalf. WhatsApp then opens so that, if you wish, you can send it to us there too: when you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) also processes your data under its own privacy policy. Reviews: if you send a review, we store your name and text, and only publish them if we approve them. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by asking for the review to be removed. Security: to stop abusive submissions, the forms store a pseudonymised code derived from the IP address (never the address itself), deleted after about seven days without activity, and use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that analyses technical browser data and the IP address to tell people apart from automated programs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: enquiries are deleted from our database automatically after 12 months; if a contract follows, its records are kept for the periods the law requires (for example, six years for business records). Reviews, while they are published or until you ask for their removal. Recipients and transfers: the website and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the data as a processor on our behalf; the database is stored in the European Union. Cloudflare, Resend and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards the GDPR requires (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or pass on your data unless the law requires it, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles. Your rights: you can ask for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@piscinasfagora.com, and withdraw your consent at any time. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookie policy
This website uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. It only stores in your browser what it needs to work and to remember what you choose, which the law exempts from consent (Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI): • fagora-motion-consent (first-party cookie, 1 year): remembers your answer to the motion and animations notice. • fagora.language, fagora.motion and fagora.motion-consent (local storage): remember the language and motion preference you choose. • fagora.site-content (local storage): a copy of the website text so it shows faster; it holds no personal data. • fagora.form-language-transfer (session storage): if you switch language halfway through the contact form, it keeps your answers for a moment and is deleted when the other page opens. • __Host-fagora_admin (first-party cookie, 7 days): the admin panel session, only for people who sign in to it. Using a form also loads the Cloudflare Turnstile security check, which protects it (see Cloudflare's privacy policy). You can delete or block this data in your browser settings; if you do, the website will ask for your preferences again.
