How much does a built-in pool cost in Madrid?
It depends mainly on the size and shape, access to the site, the finish of the pool shell (mosaic tile, porcelain, natural stone or microcement) and extras such as LED lighting, built-in steps or an overflow edge. That is why every quote is tailored: tell us the measurements and what your space is like, and we will advise you without obligation.
What is the difference between a built-in pool and a prefabricated one?
A built-in pool is built on site in reinforced concrete and can take any shape, size and finish. A prefabricated pool arrives from the factory in fixed sizes and shapes. A built-in pool usually costs more, but it lasts longer and adapts to small patios, slopes and designs such as an overflow edge or a beach entry.
Do you build small pools for patios?
Yes. Because the pool is built on site, its shape and size are designed for your space, so a pool can also fit small patios and town gardens. In the gallery you can see, for example, a pool in a stone courtyard.
Do you build raised pools?
Yes. When the ground cannot be dug, or if you prefer the pool above ground level, a built-in pool can be raised or semi-sunken, with the same tailored design and the same finishes.
What should go around the pool?
Stamped concrete is a very practical choice for the pool surround: it is a continuous surface, can have a slip-resistant finish for wet areas and comes in many colours and textures. We can lay it at the same time as the pool or later.
